The Ice Red Quality Guarantee
Ice Red maintains the highest standards for design and manufacturing. If there is any defect with the materials or craftsmanship of your Ice Red product, we will repair or replace it – free of charge, anytime, anywhere, and with no hassles.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product.

Our goal is to deliver all Ice Red products free from defects in materials and workmanship. If there are any problems with your products, Ice Red will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Ice Red. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided that the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns are accepted on sale items. If this policy is not followed, returns will only be accepted at our discretion. Returns will only be accepted for items purchased at iceredbags.com; items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to iceredbags.com.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the merchandise’s value and any accompanying sales tax. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Your new item choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, you may receive a refund or store credit.

How to Return Merchandise

ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please email us at returns@iceredbags.com and include the following information:

  1. Name and contact information
  2. Date and location purchased
  3. Description of the problem
  4. Order number if purchased at icered.com

We will review your claim upon receiving your request. Once we verify that your product claims fit our warranty guidelines, you will be notified via email – please double-check that you have submitted a valid email address.

After receiving our authorization, ship the defective product to us with the Original Proof of Purchase and our Return Authorization Code (RAC) marked on the box. The RAC will be provided to you via email.

Note: You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. We recommend using a service that provides a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx. Ice Red assumes no responsibility for bags lost in transit. Warranties will not be processed until we receive the returned product.

International: Where we ship from
We ship all packages to international destinations from our South San Francisco, CA, USA location. Please contact us for shipping method and rate quote.
Tariffs, duties & taxes
For international orders, tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are usually paid for at time of delivery. According to the customer reports we receive, inconsistency is commonplace. In the U.K. and Germany, for example, taxes and tariffs are assessed on some shipments and not on others. Please contact your local postal service or customs office for more information.
Note: Ice Red cannot understate or otherwise misrepresent the value of merchandise on custom forms.

Shipping Times
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days of receipt. Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-10 working days.
Back Orders
Occasionally, a product will be on back order. If this occurs, we will notify you via email immediately to provide order and delivery status.
Shipping Information
Ice Red typically ships using FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. However, we reserve the right to ship with other carriers without prior notice.
Sales Tax
All orders are tax-free for residents outside the state of California. The sales tax for California residents is 9.25%.
Privacy Policy
We use the personal information you provide only to complete your order. This information is never shared with outside parties.
